Nakshatra guide
The twenty-seven nakshatras
Before the zodiac was divided into twelve signs it was divided into twenty-seven nakshatras — one for each day of the Moon’s circuit, 13°20′ each. Your birth nakshatra decides your naming syllable, your first mahadasha, and most of what matchmaking actually scores.
